Huntzinger Recognizes Hospital for Special Surgery – Winner of the HIMSS Davies Award of Excellence

First orthopedic specialty hospital to win the Davies Award.

Huntzinger congratulates Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), New York, for winning the HIMSS Davies Award of Excellence. The award recognizes HSS’ efforts to improve clinical pathway management and its bed planning process. Davies Award winners were recognized during the 2019 HIMSS Conference & Exhibition in Orlando this month.

“It’s an enormous achievement for the Hospital for Special Surgery to win the HIMSS Davies Award of Excellence. It’s especially important to note that Hospital for Special Surgery is the first orthopedic specialty hospital to receive the Davies Award,” said William C.
